Next week’s Star Wars Show to feature an EA PLAY preview

The countdown to EA PLAY is in full swing as next week’s The Star Wars Show on YouTube promises a preview of the event.

This little tidbit came at the tail end of yesterday’s episode when host Anthony Carboni invited viewers to share their favorite Star Wars games. I actually missed it on my first viewing, so I figured I would just share that The Star Wars Show is doing something EA PLAY-related next week.

Of course, we don’t actually know how in-depth this preview will be. It’s possible it will simply rehash stuff we already know (such as how the Battlefront II gameplay reveal will come at EA PLAY on June 10). However, I’m hoping we might get further details on what to expect Star Wars-wise at EA PLAY. Perhaps—if we’re lucky enough—we might even get a new glimpse at something Battlefront II related.

That’s obviously all a pipe dream for now! The Star Wars Show normally releases Wednesday afternoon in the U.S., so check back with the show June 7 to see if the preview is noteworthy.

EA PLAY kicks off June 10 at the Hollywood Palladium and will run until June 12. If you’re able to make it to the Los Angeles area around that time, tickets to EA PLAY can be picked up for free. I hope to run into a few of you as EA has invited me down for the event!
