Steam Summer Sale includes a bunch of Star Wars games
The yearly Steam Summer Sale is in full force and with it comes a slew of deals on Star Wars games.
Note that the sales are for PC-only games because Steam is a virtual storefront for PC games. You’ll need to make sure your computer is compatible with any games you buy and you will need to have the Steam application installed.
The sale ends July 5.
All told, I tallied 27 full Star Wars games on sale. Here’s a link to a Steam Store search of “Star Wars”, but I’ve also listed some of the highlights below:
- Pandemic’s Battlefront II (75-percent off to US$2.49)
- Knights of the Old Republic (75-percent off to $2.49)
- Knights of the Old Republic II: Sith Lords (75-percent off to $2.49)
- LEGO Star Wars – The Complete Saga (75-percent off to $4.99)
- Empire at War – Gold Pack (75-percent off to $4.99)
- Republic Commando (75-percent off to $2.49)
- Rogue Squadron 3D (60-percent off to $3.99)
- X-Wing Special Edition (60-percent off to $3.99)
- Starfighter (75-percent off to $1.49)
- The Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition (75-percent off to $4.99)
- The Force Unleashed II (75-percent off to $4.99)
Most of these games are fairly old, so I’d reckon most computers will run them just fine. All are supported by Windows and several have ports for Macs and Linux.
While I own most (if not all) of the games listed above, the Steam Summer Sale always seems to punish my wallet. Hopefully I can keep things under control this year!
