Dantooine map previewed for the Battlefront III mod of Pandemic’s Battlefront II
Battlefront III: Legacy, the mod for Pandemic’s Battlefront II that utilizes assets from the cancelled Battlefront III, will be heading to Dantooine with its next map.
The new map was previewed in video form after several picture were shared on the project’s Moddb page last week. The map offers some urban gameplay set in a village mixed with rolling grass hills and glowing caves. The heroes for the Clone Wars era are Falon Grey and Darth Maul. All told, the map reminds me a bit of Skyrim or some other type of fantasy game. It looks pretty neat!
Battlefront III: Legacy has proved a rather robust mod so far, with playable beta versions of Coruscant and Cato Neimoida released over the past year. A Bespin map was also previewed in January.
