Those Kylo Ren & Rey outfits teased for Battlefront II weren’t Photoshopped

Last month, I reported that GameStop Ireland had posted an image featuring Kylo Ren and Rey’s The Last Jedi looks that are pre-order-exclusive skins for EA’s Battlefront II.

After that initial article, some speculated that the images were fake. However, recent information indicates that GameStop Ireland had not Photoshopped or otherwise crafted fake images.

Recently, the official Battlefront II site updated to include the said images, confirming their authenticity. To see them on the homepage, you’ll need to scroll down to the “Pre-Order Bonus” section. I’ve also included the images below.

I mentioned that the site included the updated images via Twitter over the weekend. As some of my readers don’t use Twitter or may have missed that tweet, I figured I’d write-up this quick little update!

Here’s a close-up of the images in question (note that while they are indeed official, they are still movie stills and not renders of game models):

Rey looks especially fierce! I’m certainly keen to see how she looks in EA’s Frostbite Engine.

Battlefront II is slated to launch this November 17 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. To stay up-to-date on all things Battlefront II, follow SWGO on Facebook or Twitter.
