If you’ve been wanting to solve some Star Wars-themed puzzles and don’t have Jar Jar’s Journey handy, you’re in luck.

That’s because an upcoming match-3 mobile game set in the Star Wars universe is inbound with Star Wars: Puzzle Droids.

The game is currently available for pre-registration on the Google Play Store in the U.S. Its in-store description reads:

Explore the galaxy with your favorite droids to experience the Star Wars™ saga like never before in a brand new match-3 adventure. Tap into BB-8’s memories for an epic retelling from his unique perspective of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The journey will feature familiar scenes and previously untold moments alongside exciting gameplay and interactive puzzle boards. You’ll even meet characters such as Rey, Finn, and Poe Dameron and take on the First Order. Are you ready to embark on the ultimate Star Wars puzzle adventure?

Puzzle Droids also promises that “iconic moments and previously untold stories” will be showcased throughout 50-plus levels.

No release date is set just yet for the U.S. However, those that live in Australia, New Zealand or Sweden can download the game now (I was also able to find a link for the Philippines App Store, but I can’t verify if it works there). According to the latest Star Wars Show, It will also be playable on the show floor at Star Wars Celebration from April 13-16 in Orlando Florida.

Assuming the current pricing model carries over to its full release, Puzzle Droids will be free-to-play. You’ll then be able to purchase in-game gems with real world money.

Disney has partnered with Spanish developer Genera Games to make Puzzle Droids. Genera has teamed up with Disney in the past for Frozen Icy Shot, another puzzle game, while also working on other mobile titles such as Gladiator Heroes and Cover Fire.

If you are keen to find out more about Puzzle Droids, there are gameplay videos up on YouTube.

Personally, I’ll give this game a shot. However, I’m not a huge fan of match-3 games (some of the classic titles in the genre include Bejeweled and Candy Crush) and I’m not sure a Star Wars skin will do much to change my opinion on the genre. That said, it’s still neat to see that a new Star Wars is inbound soon!
