Mobile game Star Wars: Force Arena released worldwide!

Force Arena released worldwide today.

The new mobile title Star Wars: Force Arena is now available to download worldwide.

Force Arena, which is developed by Korean studio Netmarble, is a MOBA-style mobile game that features one-versus-one and two-versus-two combat.

You can download the game for free on the iOS App Store and the Google Play Store. Note that the servers are undergoing maintenance until 6 p.m. PT (9 p.m. ET / 2 a.m. UTC) today, so connectivity may be impacted.

The latest pre-release update added a slew of Rogue One characters as well as adding a guild system.

If you are looking at joining an online community for the game, the official forums are up. There is also a burgeoning subreddit with a few hundred subscribers at the time of writing.

I’m keen to see how this game advances into the future. I think a Star Wars MOBA is an excellent idea, but the concept of a mobile MOBA is a little dubious to me. Still, I’ll definitely be playing this game a fair amount over the next few days!
