According to EA, people like playing Galaxy of Heroes.

The games publisher recently revealed that Galaxy of Heroes players continued to spend an average of 2.5 hours per day playing the mobile game.

This statistic comes from data collected between July and September. Galaxy of Heroes players posted a similar number between April and June.

EA included the number in the company’s Q2 Playbook infographic for the 2017 financial year. The infographic further noted that EA games on mobile and console engaged over 43 million players. Additionally, people viewed Battlefield 1 content over 100 million times on YouTube between the game’s reveal and launch.

The previous Playbook released in August. It stated the same 2.5 number for Galaxy of Heroes while also revealing that 6.6 million unique players booted up Battlefront between April and June.

The Playbook infographic was generated as part of EA’s financial report for Q2 of the 2017 financial year. EA’s CFO Andrew Wilson spoke about this past fiscal quarter:

Q2 was an excellent quarter for Electronic Arts, led by breakthrough new EA SPORTS titles engaging players across console and mobile. We are in an outstanding position for the quarter ahead, with two of the highest-rated games of this console generation in Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2, global competitive gaming tournaments underway, and our first virtual reality experiences coming soon.  Across all platforms, this holiday season will be a fantastic time to play.

Galaxy of Heroes is one of the more popular mobile games in the Star Wars stable. According to its Google Play Store listing, it’s closing in on 1 million reviews with over 991,000 at the time of writing. This beats out Star Wars Commander’s 850,000 reviews, but trails Angry Birds Star Wars II’s count of 1.1 million.
