Unseen Battlefront 3 footage surfaces on YouTube
On the heels of Frontwire Studios’ removal of Star Wars in Galaxy in Turmoil, a previously unseen trailer for the cancelled Battlefront 3 surfaced earlier today on YouTube.
A user by the name of FuZaH posted the video, which is now one of many Battlefront 3 uploads on the channel.
The seven-and-a-half minute-long trailer for the Free Radical title features a wide variety of gameplay. It encompasses campaign cutscenes, lightsaber combat and space dogfighting, plus a few shots of Gungans and Ewoks. Locations shown in the trailer include Tatooine, Coruscant, Endor, Yavin IV, Hoth, Naboo and Mustafar.
While the graphics don’t really hold a candle to last year’s edition of Battlefront, it’s worth noting the trailer contains footage of an Alpha build for a game that was worked on roughly eight years ago. That said, the voice acting does feel a bit wooden.
